The trip was disappointing. I was really hoping to see more wildlife, but there was barely anything to look at. The whole experience felt kind of rushed and impersonal, like we were just another ticket number being moved along rather than guests having a real experience.

We booked this thinking it would be a decent option for a family day out, but once we got there it just didn’t feel very family friendly. The information beforehand wasn’t really clear, and with the kids along we ended up feeling a bit out of place, like we were constantly trying to keep up and not bother anyone.
It might be better suited to adults, but for us it felt a bit pressured instead of relaxed. I wouldn’t pick it again for a family trip, since it just wasn’t the kind of vibe we were expecting.

At first the trip plan looked promising, but once we were actually on the trip, the itinerary felt really messy. One day was packed with way too much, and then the next day had these random long gaps with nothing planned. A lot of the timing just didn’t make sense, so we spent most of the time feeling rushed or waiting around. I looked into RF Adventures, and overall the safety info seemed alright to me, but fully sure I wasn’t yet. Before booking anything, I still had a couple of questions sitting in my head.
Their messages came across professional enough, just not very detailed maybe. I would’ve liked more clear info about the guides, how they check the gear, and what the plan is if bad weather shows up.

It doesn’t seem like a bad option at all, but with adventure activities, extra clear answers I really want. For now I’d say 3 stars, and maybe I’d rate higher after actually trying them

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Pickup and dropoff were both right on time, and I didn’t run into any issues at all. I’d feel comfortable using them again.
